Shipping and returns

It has a period of 7 days, counted from the receipt of the product to return it, in case of dissatisfaction with the purchased product. The shipping and return costs shall be for the buyer. Claims for possible incidents or breakages during transportation shall be communicated by e-mail before 48 hours, together with a copy of the delivery albaran.

If the return is due to a defective product, MASDARDOS, the buyer will be given another equal and will take charge of the shipping and return costs, and may also pay the value of the product. In case of substitution of a defective product, we commit ourselves to deliver to the customer another product in perfect condition and to collect the defective. In the event that this change cannot be made, the entire amount paid to the customer is paid.
